Hi, I’m Lisa, born and raised in Philadelphia, where my love for creativity began early and set me on a journey to find my niche. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—graphic designer, administrative assistant, case manager, and more—all while honing skills in design, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
In 1998, I dove into freelancing for local organizations, learning the art of self-discipline, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with partners. Later in my career, I worked at the Utility Emergency Services Fund for 10 years, where I gained expertise in grant writing, donor relations, and communications, blending my design skills with nonprofit management.
In 2021, inspired by a friend who said, “I need a ‘Lisa’ in my life,” I launched myLisa, LLC. Initially focused on graphic and digital design, I’ve since expanded to include grant writing and administrative services, recognizing the growing need for these services in nonprofits.
Today, myLisa, LLC is dedicated to empowering small businesses, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and start-ups by providing a wide range of professional services tailored to their unique needs. On a personal note, I’m blessed with three amazing kids, each with their own unique creative talents and perspectives on life. In 2022, I married Jeff, an incredible, Godly man, and gained three more wonderful kids, turning our family into a lively party of eight! I also made the big move to Wisconsin—a place I never imagined calling home. But as always, God had bigger plans and a new purpose for my life.
I’ve fully embraced this new chapter, finding joy in exploring my surroundings, cherishing life’s little moments, and making time each day for what brings me happiness and peace. I’m thrilled to be on this exciting adventure and can’t wait to see where it leads!
